Ingredients:
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 1/2 cups almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional, adjust for sweetness)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:
Blend the blueberries and milk:
In a blender, combine the fresh blueberries and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
Mix the chia seeds:
In a medium bowl, pour the blended blueberry mixture. Add chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
Let it set:
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. The chia seeds will absorb the liquid and create a thick, pudding-like consistency.
Serve:
